Join our team at a renowned patisserie in Brighton, known for its exceptional quality of patisserie, cakes, and Macarons, coupled with outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking two dynamic Front End Associate to enhance our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the front end of the establishment, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area.
- Assist with food preparation, catering, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Uphold hospitality standards by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously.
- Support barista activities as needed.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation, catering, and food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Barista experience is a plus.
