Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cacciari's company. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of Asiatic Cusine and safety regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in food preparation or bartending is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
