Branch Manager & Relief Cover Manager – Telford
Full‑time, 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)

T.H. Baker, one of the UK’s most established and trusted jewellers, is looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager based in Telford who will also act as a Relief Cover Manager across our wider store network.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Telford store, ensuring exceptional service and strong commercial performance.
- Provide relief management cover across multiple stores when required.
- Support stores with staffing, coaching, and operational needs.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance.
- Drive sales through outstanding customer engagement and team motivation.
- Lead by example — this is a hands‑on role, not a stand‑back-and-observe position.

- Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
- A full clean driving licence is essential.
- Willingness to travel, stay away from home, and support stores wherever needed.
