We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Skipton Hotel on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is available to work weekends, including evenings and event functions.
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
- Process payments accurately using the till system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Replenish stock and assist with stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and company policies.
- Support the wider food and beverage team during busy periods and events.
About You
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with customers.
- Able to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Must be available to work weekends, including evenings.
- Knowledge of drinks preparation and licensing regulations is advantageous.
