Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help deliver best-in-class email marketing for a portfolio of ecommerce brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating campaigns, building automated email flows, analysing performance, and using email as a key revenue-driving channel.
Working closely with our content, paid media, design, and account management teams, you'll help our clients increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and online sales through effective email marketing.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Email Marketing
- Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands
- Building, managing, and optimising automated email flows
- Creating monthly campaign calendars and promotional schedules
- Segmenting audiences to improve engagement and conversion
- Writing, building and scheduling email campaigns within Klaviyo
- Conducting A/B testing to continually improve performance
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Supporting list growth and subscriber engagement initiatives
Automation
- Building and maintaining automated email flows
- Optimising customer journeys to improve conversions and repeat purchases
- Regularly reviewing flow performance and implementing improvements
Ecommerce Support
- Supporting Shopify stores with promotional activity
- Assisting with product launches, seasonal campaigns and key sales events
- Working alongside our content and paid media teams to deliver joined-up campaigns
Reporting & Performance
- Producing monthly reports for clients
- Analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour
- Making recommendations based on data and insights
- Keeping up to date with email marketing trends and best practice
Platforms & Tools
Experience with the following is highly desirable:
- Klaviyo
- Shopify
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Reviews platforms
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally within ecommerce
- Strong experience using Klaviyo
- Experience working with Shopify brands
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and reporting on results
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Commercial mindset with a passion for helping brands grow
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
