ACE Home Support is a trusted, local home support provider working with DCC to provide high quality care and support to the local community. ACE has an excellent reputation who are looking to build the team with the right people.
The job will involve providing care and support to individuals in helping them access the community. Duties will include taking individuals out shopping, going for walks, sitting in a café or assisting to appointments. As well as fulfilling any personal care needs and basic house duties.
