Summary
We are seeking a part-time Cleaning Operative to join our team in Southampton. This role is vital in helping us deliver exceptional cleaning services that uphold our company's standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction within a Community Centre.
Hours:
Tuesday 3 hours (after 16:00)
Sunday 3 hours (after 15:00 - once a month after 20:00)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises according to company standards.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety during all cleaning tasks.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and responsibly.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned promptly and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Previous experience with cleaning machinery is a plus
