Electrical Trade Manager at Aspect Maintenance

Location: Primarily based across South London, with occasional travel to our Chessington office.
Salary: Starting at £50,000 per annum, plus a highly attractive trade profit-based bonus scheme.
About the Role
As our Electrical Trade Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and nurturing a team of skilled electricians, fostering their development and ensuring high performance.
- Implementing and maintaining robust quality control processes to ensure all electrical work meets the highest standards and compliance.
- Strategically growing the electrical department, identifying new opportunities and expanding our service offerings.
- Managing projects efficiently, from initial planning to successful completion, on time and within budget.
- Fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service within your team.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in an electrical management role, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for growth and continuous improvement.
- A full UK driving license.
