Payroll Administrator
The role of Payroll Administrator:
- Processing end-to-end payroll cycles accurately and efficiently
- Handling statutory payment calculations including SSP, SMP, SPP
- Calculating and processing adjustments: holiday pay, bonuses, overtime, salary changes
- Managing starters, leavers, P45/P46 starter checklists, and RTI submissions
- Providing a high level of service to external clients
The ideal Payroll Administrator:
- Proven experience in a UK payroll bureau or high-volume payroll service
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communicator
