You don’t need recruitment experience. We’re looking for people with a strong sales mindset.
This role could suit you if you have experience in:
Sales, telesales, business development, account management, customer service or any target-driven role.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be trained to:
✅ Develop new business with clients
✅ Build relationships with candidates and clients
✅ Source candidates through calls, LinkedIn and job boards
✅ Negotiate fees, offers and terms
✅ Work towards KPIs and revenue targets
This is a full sales cycle role with ownership, accountability and genuine earning potential.
Training and progression
From day one, you’ll join our Training Bay, where you’ll receive classroom training, live coaching and desk-level support.
Your progression is clear:
Trainee → Consultant → Senior → Managing Consultant or Principal Consultant
Progression is based on performance, not time served.
