Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Ladies Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling and beauty treatments, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and client satisfaction are paramount. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a small range of hairdressing services, including, cut and styling ONLY.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hairdressing services including, cutting and styling to clients’ preferences.
- Maintain excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and payment processing.
- Assist with store management tasks such as stock organisation and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming salon atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ladies Hairdresser with strong skills in cutting and styling.
- Knowledge of store management practices and the ability to oversee daily salon operations effectively.
- Skills in barbering are desirable but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Experience in front desk responsibilities including appointment booking and client relations.

Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
