House of Bloom is looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Senior Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, confident in delivering high-quality treatments, and ready to contribute positively to the salon and help develop the business.
The ideal candidate will be organised, friendly, professional, and a great team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of beauty treatments and ensuring every client receives a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience.
Duties include:
- Performing a minimum of 4 beauty treatments, such as:
- Waxing
- Eyebrow threading
- Eyebrow and eyelash tinting
- Lash lift
- Lash extensions
- Manicure and pedicure
- Massage
- Facials
- Consulting with clients and recommending suitable treatments and aftercare.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Managing appointments efficiently and staying organised throughout the day.
- Supporting the team and helping create a positive salon atmosphere.
- Building strong relationships with clients and encouraging repeat bookings.
- Promoting salon services, products, and offers where appropriate.
- Helping the salon grow by being proactive, motivated, and business-minded.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist.
- Confidence in performing at least 4 core beauty treatments.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A professional, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude — someone who comes to work ready to contribute, support the salon, and help develop the business.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Relevant beauty qualifications are preferred.
