This role involves a lot of standing & moving around the arcade. You will see that customers behave reasonably and don't misuse machines.
You will need good people skills, be honest and reliable and have a good attention to detail. You will be required to understand the amusements machines and address minor problems such as stuck coins or non-payment of prizes/tickets.
Minimum 18 years of age, previous experience a plus, ability to work quickly and efficiently, comfortable in costumer-focused, fast-paced environment. You will need to be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Making sure that the public areas stay clean, safe, and tidy is one of the most important aspects of the role.
