As a Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels the magic of New Place Hotel. Your role will include:
- Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and creating a lasting first impression.
- Assisting with seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, turning a routine process into a memorable experience.
- Delivering efficient and personalized service, even during busy check-in periods, always with a smile.
- Tailoring room allocations to guest preferences, ensuring their stay feels uniquely theirs.
- Coordinating early arrivals with precision and care.
- Building meaningful guest profiles through friendly conversations, helping us provide even better service during future stays.
- Sending guests off with a fond farewell, leaving them eager to return.
- Occasionally stepping into the role of guest services or guest relations to room guests with charm and professionalism.

The working hours for this role will vary from 06:45am- 2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm including weekends.
