Job Overview
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the HR functions within our organisation. You will be responsible for HR, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Duties
- Deal with employee contracts/inductions
- Deal with any disciplinaries and communications across engineers and office staff
- General HR duties
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
- Update training records and contracts
- Full recruitment process including finding candidates and completing the vetting process
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and mentor HR team members
Working hours are 30 hours per week with 30 minutes for dinner based in our Rotherham office.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
