GSL Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established nursery in Watford for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, maintaining high standards of care, and delivering engaging early years experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are met at all times.
- Contribute to planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
- Previous experience working within a nursery setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
- Flexible approach to working shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm.
