Protection Suitability Letter Writer – Detail-Oriented Report Writing Role
Future Life Family LTD is a growing financial services firm specialising in family protection, life insurance and critical illness cover.
We are looking for a detail-oriented writer to prepare clear, accurate suitability reports based on adviser notes and client circumstances. This is not casual data entry. The role requires logic, written reasoning, attention to detail and the ability to explain why a recommendation is suitable in a clear and defensible way.
You do not need to be a qualified financial adviser, but you must be comfortable working with detailed information, following templates, understanding client circumstances and producing accurate written reports.
Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports for protection advice cases.
- Interpret adviser notes and client information accurately.
- Explain the rationale for life insurance, critical illness and income protection recommendations.
- Identify missing information or unclear reasoning and raise this with the adviser.
- Work closely with advisers, admin and compliance support.
- Maintain strong file quality and clear documentation.
- Handle a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong written English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in report writing, compliance, audit, financial services, legal administration or detailed casework.
- Ability to understand and organise complex information.
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn protection products and internal processes.
- Previous financial services experience is useful but not essential.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short written case exercise using anonymised adviser notes.
Pay: £32,500.00 per year
