The Role:
As a Graphics Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop design skills, understanding of visual communication, and practical graphics techniques using both traditional and digital media.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching Graphics across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering lessons in design, visual communication, CAD, and digital graphics
- Supporting students with project work, coursework, and exam preparation
- Planning differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities
- Encouraging creativity, innovation, and critical thinking
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Working collaboratively within the Design & Technology / Art department

Requirements:
To be considered for this Graphics Teacher role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Graphics at KS3 and/or KS4
- Strong subject knowledge in graphic design, visual communication, and digital tools
- Confident classroom and practical lesson management skills
- A passion for creative education and student engagement
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
This role is suitable for experienced teachers, ECTs, or DT / Art specialists with a graphics background.
