Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of legal documentation related to property transactions
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and ensure all deadlines are met
- Conduct analysis of property titles and related legal documents to identify potential issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and updating them on case status
- Organise appointments, meetings, and correspondence to support the conveyancing team
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document scanning with precision
- Support the team in complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or property environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent analysis skills to review legal documents and identify discrepancies or issues
- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and external parties
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
