HOURS: 9.00am – 5.15pm Tuesday to Friday

We are seeking a professional and personable Legal Receptionist to join our Administration team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a welcoming, efficient service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career within a professional legal environment.
You will undertake the following, but are not limited to:

Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, whilst managing incoming telephone calls and directing queries appropriately

Coordinating meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings

Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, document and post handling

Maintaining a tidy, organised reception and meeting areas

Supporting colleagues across the firm with general administrative duties

Maintaining confidentiality in line with GDPR and firm policies
