As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and maintaining standards across all areas.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the brigade, lead during service, and help drive the kitchen forward.
Duties:
- Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
- Lead the brigade during service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
- Train and develop junior chefs
- Assist with menu development and kitchen organisation
