We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a Residential building in Sutton.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00AM to 14:30PM (30 min unpaid break included in the schedule)
- Hours: 30 hours/ Week
- Salary: £12.71 per hour
- Role: Part time, Permanent
- Location: Sutton SM1 4FS
Your role will include:
- Communal area cleaning
- Light clean of kitchens
- Cleaning duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety
- Residential lifts and lobbies corridors, staircases
- Hoovering/mopping floors/emptying bins
- Interacting with residents and managing onsite cleaning solutions.
- Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials.
- Inventories and stock room cleaning
The ideal person should have,
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Knowledge of current cleaning materials/ methods/appliances.
- Knowledge of using compactors for general waste and bailers for cardboard packing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided by an HPS Field Manager. Full site inductions are being carried out, and a professional uniform will also be provided and worn daily.
