Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products, providing excellent customer service, and working with team members to support the organisation’s operational efficiency.
This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in logistics and communication.
Responsibilities
- Using our internal delivery system - Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and within schedule.
- Handle delivery documentation accurately, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details, address queries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Working collectively with team members to coordinate loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Delivery including placement, assembly and installation - where expertise not required.
- Lone working where required and appropriate.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by representing the organisation professionally during all interactions.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Valid driving License ( 2 years experience driving )
- Proven experience in a delivery or logistics role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with external clients and business colleagues.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Pay: From £24,784.50 per year
