Are you a talented Senior / Sous Chef looking to use your skills and help push this hotels food quality up to rosette /award winning level
My clients are currently searching for a chef with a good fresh food /rosette background who can work with this small team and help achieve a minimum of one rosette and work with local, fresh produce.
All candidates must have the highest standards and experience ideally at rosette level.
Key points needed for this role;
Assist in Creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Assist Sourcing of produce
Assist Training of Brigade
The opportunity would be ideally suited to a Sous Chef with ability and passion to cook excellent food to the highest standard.
This Senior Sous Chef position is a permanent, full-time role
