The Role: SENIOR Sales Associate
You’ll be the face of Excel Clothing, providing first-class service that leaves a lasting impression. Working alongside a passionate retail team across both stores, you’ll support management to meet and exceed sales goals, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and act as a true ambassador for the Excel brand.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fashion, service, and creating memorable customer moments
- A motivated, focused, and goal-driven attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

- Delivering personalised, premium customer service
- Sharing expert knowledge of our brands and collections
- Building strong relationships with customers and teammates
- Maintaining impeccable visual and merchandising standards
- Representing the Excel Clothing ethos at every opportunity
