The Role:
Successful candidates will act as the main point of contact for all alarm & CCTV activations, reacting promptly and effectively to dispatch an alarm response officer (ARO) as required, ensuring the integrity of our monitored estate. They will also provide updates & reports, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Salary: From £26,996.74 to £28,654.08 after probation
Key Responsibilities:
The role is varied and will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Answering of telephone calls into the customer support desk, assisting with customer requests
- Handling of emails into shared inboxes
- Dispatching ARO’s and/or police to sites where intruders & suspicious activity has been detected
- Producing clear and concise reports for our customers in the event of a site incident
- Raising any remedial works required on the back of a dispatch, arranging static guards and property re-secure works
- Escalating any incidents of found squatters or travellers, that have taken possession of a customer’s asset, to our Specialist Solutions Team, working with them to ensure removal notices are served promptly
- Liaising with our Engineer Scheduling Team to ensure any issues with the alarms or CCTV systems are promptly attended to and rectified
- Dealing with complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process
