Overview
We are seeking diligent and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Kidderminster DY11. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude, and experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. All positions are paid, and training will be provided where necessary.
TVG UK, Monday - Friday, 5pm-7pm
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure a hygienic environment
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Reliable with a professional approach to work standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities is advantageous
