Metro Tyres & Autocare is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor / Front Desk Service Advisor to join our busy, professional garage team in Bolton.
This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, helping to deliver excellent service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop. You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team in a modern workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions
* Book vehicles in for work and manage the workshop diary efficiently
* Keep customers informed and updated throughout their service journey
* Upsell relevant services that genuinely benefit the customer
* Support the smooth running of the workshop and daily operations
* Handle one-off enquiries and convert them into loyal, repeat customers
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
