The Role
-
To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.
In this key role, you will:

General reception duties.
-
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Day to day maintenance of departmental requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Dealing with enquiries, either face-to-face or by telephone, from the general public, patients and external agencies.
What You'll Bring:

Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
-
Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Good organisational and planning skills.
