More2Childcare is an Ofsted Outstanding nursery group in Greenwich, SE10, with a reputation for high-quality care, inspiring environments and excellent staff retention. We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and experienced team in our pre-school room.
Based in a beautiful Victorian building close to Maze Hill Station, our nursery offers spacious and stimulating learning environments, large outdoor playgrounds and regular Forest School experiences for children.
The Role
- Level 3 Early Years qualification required
- Working with children aged 3 and 4 years in our pre-school room
- Full-time, 9.5-hour shifts (7.30/8am–6pm), 4 days per week (one weekday off each week)
- Building warm, responsive relationships with children and families
- Planning and providing engaging play and learning experiences
- Supporting children's development through observations, assessments and next steps
- Maintaining high standards of care, safety and safeguarding
- Working closely with colleagues to create an exciting and nurturing learning environment

Must Have
- Early Years Level 3 qualification (e.g. Early Years Educator)
- At least 1 year's nursery experience preferred
- Enhanced DBS, DBS Update Service and two references
- UK-based applicants only (Graduate Visa acceptable; no sponsorship available)
