Responsibilities
- Perform a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide customised advice on nail care and maintenance to clients
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work station in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and properly maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skills in various nail treatments
- Knowledge of makeup application is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively and promote services confidently
- Previous experience working in a busy salon environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued highly
