We are constantly looking for ways to improve and maintain being the best 3 star Hotel in the area.
We are looking for a reliable Chef de Partie who will fit into our friendly, happy team. As a Hotel that caters for Coach parties, private guests, and functions, each day is different. You will need to be capable of working under pressure in a busy kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in preparing and serving the food plus any other kitchen duties required.
The Role
As ‘Chef de Partie’ you’ll be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!
You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. You’ll have high standards when it comes to the preparation, cooking and presentation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
You’ll take ownership and pride in your work and support the Head Chef in delivering an excellent experience to our guests.
