A high-growth food manufacturing business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager into a highly visible role supporting both operations and senior leadership. Hybrid working is offered with 2-3 days per week onsite in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with the wider business, driving improvements, influencing decision-making, and taking ownership of a fast-paced finance function within manufacturing.
The role will lead:
- Month-end close and management reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Balance sheet control and audit management
- Cost centre analysis and operational business partnering
- Capex and fixed asset management
- Process improvement and financial controls
You will work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders across the business, providing meaningful financial insight and helping drive performance and efficiencies.
About you:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong manufacturing, FMCG, or operational finance background
- Strong month-end, reporting, and forecasting experience
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Excel and finance systems capability
- Proactive, organised, and confident operating in a fast-moving environment
