We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems within commercial premises. Duties
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing and heating systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete various tasks efficiently.
- Performing heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair work.
- Applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
- Assisting with the assembly of new systems or components on-site, ensuring precise fitting and secure connections.
- Operating commercial driving vehicles when required for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Domestic Plumbing & Heating will be required
Skills
- Proficiency in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair within a commercial setting.
- Experience with welding, carpentry, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to heating systems and associated components.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks.
- Basic maths skills for measuring, calculating pipe sizes, or system capacities accurately.
- Familiarity with assembly processes for system components or fixtures.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations; valid driving licence preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
