Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our current supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service standards.
- Open and Close the pub
- Manage customer reservations and pre orders.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Manage stock for consumbles and sundries
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting..
- Experience in restaurant service, including serving guests efficiently and courteously.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
- Previous experience in barista and cocktail making is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and POS software is preferred. This role offers an engaging environment where leadership qualities are valued alongside culinary knowledge. Pay: From £13.50 per hour
