Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As Modus & Podcast Lead, you will define and deliver a coordinated, audience‑focused content strategy across RICS’ flagship editorial channels. You will ensure that Modus and podcast content is high‑quality, engaging and aligned to strategic priorities, while building an efficient operational model that connects content, brand and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own a global content strategy for Modus and podcasts, aligning with RICS’ strategic goals and audience needs.
Lead the creation and commissioning of high‑quality, insight‑led content that can be repurposed across multiple platforms.
Establish and manage content operations, including workflows, pipelines, governance and supplier engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, editorial and brand teams to align content with campaigns and key initiatives.
Oversee quality control, sign‑off processes and publication, ensuring content meets editorial, brand and tone‑of‑voice standards.
Manage agency relationships, budgets and performance, ensuring effective delivery and value for money.
About You
You are a strategic content leader with strong editorial judgement and experience delivering impactful content across multiple channels. You are comfortable managing complex workflows, working with external agencies and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.
Skills & Experience:
Experience developing and delivering integrated content strategies across multiple formats and channels.
Strong editorial judgement and the ability to shape high‑quality, audience‑focused content.
Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and content production processes.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage content pipelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across teams.
Awareness of industry trends, storytelling formats and evolving digital content platforms.
