Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (weekly rotation)

Friday: 06:00-13:00 / 13:00-20:00

We are currently recruiting additional Production Operatives to join a busy automotive manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role involving operating machinery, handling components, and carrying out visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. The role would suit someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery and carrying out basic fault finding where required

Loading and unloading components with care and precision

Performing visual inspections to identify any faults or defects

Following work instructions and production processes

Working both independently and as part of a team

Maintaining focus during repetitive tasks

Keeping the work area clean and safe
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach

Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing or sitting for the duration of the shift while working at a workstation

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
