```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning the bar area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Familiarity with restaurant operations / table service is a plus
Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting heavy objects. The ability to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays is also required.
