## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
## Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
## Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of retail management practices
- Exceptional time management skills
