About the Role
We are a specialist Alternative Provision supporting pupils across Key Stages 1–4 who require additional support due to exclusion or other circumstances that prevent them from accessing mainstream education. Our aim is to inspire a lifelong motivation for learning and equip every pupil with the skills and confidence needed for a successful future.
At the heart of our approach is a strong commitment to recognising and responding to the diverse needs of our pupils, many of whom have experienced significant challenges in their educational journey.
Using a trauma-informed approach, with nurture at the centre of our practice, we believe that positive relationships are fundamental to effective teaching and learning. We strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued and able to thrive.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection in 2024 retained our Good grading.
