What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview top candidates in your market
- Learn to build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Run a full 360 desk—from business development to placing top talent
- Become a market expert in your chosen recruitment niche (Tech, Finance, Creative, etc.)
- Use LinkedIn, marketing tools and sales techniques to drive results
- Hit targets and unlock fast-track career progression (Consultant → Senior → Team Lead → Manager)
Your Progression Plan (Year 1):
- 6-week intensive onboarding – Learn how to manage candidates, build credibility, and own the candidate experience
- Market specialism – Get trained on a vertical that suits you, from tech to digital to professional services
- Business development – Learn how to win and grow client relationships through calls, marketing, and brand-building
- 360 recruiter – Manage the entire hiring process and earn commission on both sides of the deal
What You’ll Need:
- Degree OR sales experience (estate agency, retail, telesales, door-to-door, car sales, B2B/B2C)
- Confident communicator with a people-first mindset
- Resilient, ambitious and goal-driven
