Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic and Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of residential and commercial premises. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in both domestic and commercial environments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a high standard
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products effectively and safely
- Ensure all areas are left tidy, hygienic, and presentable after each cleaning session
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to meet client deadlines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself courteously when interacting with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, or weekends as required
