We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Account Manager to assist and manage our ever expanding customer portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking day to day sales enquiries and orders on the phone, whilst managing their own portfolio of customer’s specific needs, all designed to give the best service to our customers starting at the point of order. They will ideally have a passion for the automotive sector, and demonstrate drive and determination to achieve goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Taking inbound calls to process customer orders.
· Making outcome calls to follow up customer queries promptly.
· Process sales orders to ensure they are booked out efficiently for the customer.
· Manage existing key accounts effectively, involving outbound calls daily, build strong long lasting relationships with the accounts assigned to you.
· Develop strong relations with field sales in order to ensure customer matters are dealt with and followed up consistently.
· Provide a highly professional level of service to all customers consistently.
· Refer customer support matters professionally and promptly to the customer support department.
· Achieve sales targets set by the Company Sales Director.
· Cross-selling and upselling on incoming calls.

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate must be a highly driven individual looking to always achieve targets set, earn commissions and provide the best level of service for our customer base.
They must also possess:
· The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
· Excellent telephone communication skills.
· Good IT skills
· Previous account management experience.
*Working hours
42 - 44 hours per week - Monday to Saturday. (There is an option to work Saturday every week or alternate weeks - Saturday hours are 08:30 - 12:30)

Salary: £29,500.00 - £31,500.00
