Rising Stars Property Solutions CIC is set up to provide work experience, Training and Employment opportunities to disadvantaged groups. We do this by providing property services to the construction and social housing sector.
We have a position open for an Office Cleaner to work in the Tyseley area of Birmingham, between 3pm and 6pm Monday to Friday (Weekdays Only). There is good public transport close by and the client has a large free carpark available.
Job Duties:
- Maintaining a high level of cleaning ethics
- Preparing an efficient cleaning routine
- Using general cleaning equipment and chemicals efficiently and accurately
- Cleaning all sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas on a daily basis
- Replenishing towels, soaps, and toilet rolls when required
- Sweeping, mop, and polishing floors in designated areas
- Keeping all public spaces or environments neat and tidy
- Cleaning glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Immediately notifying the management of occurring deficiencies or requirements for repairs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
