Position Overview
During your shifts, you will lead the care team to ensure we comprehensively meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents. You will mentor and motivate colleagues while ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework. As the Named Nurse for your portfolio of service users, you will champion residents' safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Hold an active pin
Minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK healthcare market
Experience working in a Nursing home is an advantage
Have strong communication skills
Be flexible to travel
Have the right to work in the UK
Driving license preferred, due to locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24.11-£35.00 per hour
