We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assisting with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, and lawn care
- Operating hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shovels to carry out groundwork
- Supporting the use of power tools and small machinery including excavators and irrigation systems
- Performing general maintenance tasks on construction sites or outdoor areas
- Assisting with excavation work and site preparation for various projects
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are upheld
- Supporting team members with specialised tasks related to gardening, horticulture, or construction projects as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or construction is advantageous but not essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and equipment is desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
- Experience with excavators or irrigation systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of horticulture or gardening principles is beneficial
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow safety protocols
