Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Prepper to join our automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fully buffing, polishing, touch-ins, and textured repairs of vehicles and panels to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities
- Fully buffing and polishing of vehicles and panels
- Textured repairs on vehicles and panels
- Touch-ins on vehicles and panels
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety regulations during the repair process
- Assist with stock management and ordering of parts as required
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge, with experience in motor industry, such as vehicle valeter or detailer
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches
- Experience with power tools used in wheel refurbishment processes is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in alloy wheel repair or related fields is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
