service charge of ~£3 per hour added to hourly wage

Expectations/Responsibilities
- maintain high cleanliness/food hygiene levels
- be responsible for ordering and prep/par levels
- be comfortable training team
- be able to work under high levels of pressure during peak service
- comfortable working alone during quieter shifts
- be involved in menu development as menu changes regularly
- be comfortable engaging with customers
We're currently renovating the unit next to our restaurant which will open as a different business. Once this happens there will be opportunity to develop into a role overseeing the above responsibilities in both units with an increase in pay.
Pay: £14.50 per hour
