Roofing Labourer Wanted – Irvine
Johnston Roofworks is looking for a reliable, hardworking roofing labourer to join our team.
We’re ideally looking for someone based in or around Irvine to make travelling to and from work practical.
Experience isn’t essential – we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, who is punctual, reliable, and willing to work hard.
The role includes:
● General labouring duties on roofing projects
● Loading and unloading materials
● Keeping sites clean and organised
● Assisting experienced roofers
● Monday to Friday work, with weekend work available for anyone wanting to earn extra
Please be aware that roofing is physically demanding work. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying materials, climbing ladders, and spending long days on your feet. This role isn’t suited to someone looking for an easy job.
This position will initially be offered on a temporary/trial basis to make sure it’s the right fit for both you and the company. If you prove yourself to be reliable, hardworking, and committed, you’ll be offered a full-time, permanent position.
In return, you’ll have the opportunity to learn a skilled trade. If you work hard, show initiative, and prove yourself, there will be opportunities to progress into roofing, take on more responsibility, and increase your wages as your skills develop.
