- Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Utilise strong phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Analyse customer feedback and interaction patterns to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer support.
- Support multilingual communication needs by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as required.
